At No Shortcuts, our book is available in both electronic and hardcopy formats, with shipping and distribution handled by Amazon. If you choose the Kindle edition, delivery is instant upon purchase—Amazon will electronically distribute the eBook directly to your Kindle device or app.
For hardcopy purchases, Amazon handles the printing and shipping. Your book will be printed on demand, ensuring top-quality production, and shipped according to your selected delivery method. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on your location and preferences at checkout. You’ll receive tracking details via email once your order has been dispatched, so you can follow your book’s journey to your doorstep.
For any distribution or quality concerns, Amazon’s customer service will handle these issues directly. However, if you feel that further assistance is required, I, as the author, will personally handle any escalations to ensure your concerns are addressed with the utmost care.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want every reader to be fully satisfied with their purchase of No Shortcuts. For Kindle editions, all returns and refunds are processed through Amazon’s Kindle support system, following their return guidelines.
For hardcopy books, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return or exchange. If the book arrives damaged or defective, Amazon will facilitate a replacement or refund at no additional cost. Please ensure the book is returned in its original condition. Shipping fees for returns may apply, and these are non-refundable.
Amazon will manage any return or quality issues. However, if you encounter any difficulties that require further attention, I will personally manage any escalations to make sure your experience is a positive one.
