This is how it works

You Tell Us What You Want

 

Everyone is different, and there is no “one size fits all” diet plan & training program. Once you have decided what you want, we will email you a Health Declaration & Nutrition Analysis Questionnaire for you to fill out and email back to us.

We'll Learn About Your Situation

 

Your personalised training program and/or diet plan will then be based and shaped around your answers in the health questionnaire, which means no training program or diet plan will look the same as yours. We will tailor it around your goals, your experience and background.

We'll Create Your Program/Plan For You

 

We will have your training program or/and diet plan ready within 7 days and once you've made the payment (paypal or bank transfer) we will email you your program/plan including detailed descriptions on how to execute and follow it.
